随着生活水平的提高,我国糖尿病的患病率逐年上升且速度惊人,尤以2型糖尿病为主患病症。2型糖尿病是一种以糖代谢紊乱,胰岛素抵抗和肝糖异生紊乱为主要表现的疾病,其发病危险因素与高糖高脂饮食密切相关。临床上对2型糖尿病的治疗药物有很多,然而并不能有效遏止2型糖尿病发病率及病死率的升高。参阅大量文献,本文对2型糖尿病做简要概述,以期为近年来2型糖尿病的研治现状提供相应参考资料。

With the improvement of living standards,the prevalence of diabetes in our country has been increasing year by year and the rate is alarming,especially type 2diabetes is the main disease.Type 2diabetes is a disease characterized by disorders of glucose metabolism,insulin resistance and hepatic gluconeogenesis,and its risk factors are closely related to a high-sugar and high-fat diet.There are many clinical treatments for type 2diabetes,but they cannot effectively prevent the increase in the incidence and mortality of type 2diabetes.Refer to a large number of documents,this article gives a brief overview of type 2diabetes,with a view to providing corresponding reference materials for the research and treatment of type 2diabetes in recent years.
