动态增强核磁在诊断宫颈癌中的作用及临床观察

摘要 目的分析动态增强核磁在诊断宫颈癌中的作用及临床观察。方法将我院于2019年1月-2020年12月收治的100例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,所有患者均在术前进行动态增强扫描,以术后病理结果为金标准,分析动态增强核磁检查的检出率,计算阴道受累、深肌层浸润、淋巴结转移和宫旁浸润情况的灵敏度和特异度和准确性。结果动态增强核磁检查的检出率为97.00%,和病理结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);阴道受累、宫旁浸润、淋巴结转移的灵敏度、特异度和准确性均较高,和病理结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。宫旁组织浸润特异度和病理结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态增强核磁的检出率和诊断准确率高,可以有效分型,判断阴道受累、深肌层浸润、宫旁浸润、淋巴结转移情况,可以为宫颈癌诊断提供有效的帮助,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To analyze the role and clinical observation of dynamic enhanced NMR in the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Methods One hundred cases of cervical cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were taken as the research objects.All patients underwent a dynamic enhancement scan before the operation.The postoperative pathological results were used as the gold standard to analyze the dynamic enhancement.The detection rate of nuclear magnetic examination,calculation of the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of vaginal involvement,deep muscle infiltration,lymph node metastasis and parauterine infiltration.Results The detection rate of dynamic enhanced nuclear magnetic examination was 97.00%,which was not statistically different from the pathological results(P>0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of vaginal involvement,parauterine infiltration,and lymph node metastasis were high,and there was no statistically significant difference from the pathological results(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the specificity of parauterine tissue infiltration and pathological results(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI are high,which can effectively classify and judge the vaginal involvement,deep muscle invasion,parametrial invasion and lymph node metastasis.It can provide effective help for the diagnosis of cervical cancer,and is worthy of clinical application.
