化学发光法在乙肝病毒患者血清学检验中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Chemiluminescence in Serological Tests of Patients with Hepatitis B Virus

目的分析化学发光法在乙肝病毒患者血清检验中的应用价值。方法择取我院2019年12月-2020年12月接诊的68例疑似乙肝病毒患者予以研究,对患者进行晨起空腹血采集后作为血液标本,分别运用酶联免疫法、化学发光法对血液标本进行检验,比较两种检验方式的效果。结果在对疑似乙肝患者选择化学发光法检测后,检出阳性患者为35例,阳性率为51.47%;在对疑似乙肝患者采用酶联免疫法进行检测后,检出阳性患者为24例,阳性率为35.29%,化学发光法检出率高于酶联免疫法(P<0.05);经检验后发现,当浓度为1.5时,化学发光法血清表面抗原灵敏度为16.45%,当浓度为3.0时,灵敏度为27.11%,当浓度为9.0时,灵敏度为45.32%,当浓度为12.0时,灵敏度为60.39%,化学发光法血清表面抗原灵敏度显著高于酶联免疫法(P<0.05);化学发光法检验HBeAb、HBsAg阳性率高于酶联免疫法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对乙肝病毒患者血清学检验中,可采用化学发光法、酶联免疫法进行检验,可明显地观察到化学发光法检测的准确率更高,并且检验过程更加的科学与自动化,检测结果可作为临床参考依据,运用价值较高。

Objective To analyze the application value of chemiluminescence in the serum test of hepatitis B virus patients.Methods Sixty-eight patients with suspected hepatitis B virus received in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected for research.The patients were collected with fasting blood in the morning and used as blood samples.The blood samples were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and chemiluminescence method to compare the effects of the two testing methods.Results After the chemiluminescence method was selected for the suspected hepatitis B patients,35 positive patients were detected,and the positive rate was 51.47%.After the suspected hepatitis B patients were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,24 positive patients were detected.The positive rate was 35.29%,and the detection rate of chemiluminescence method was higher than that of enzyme-linked immunoassay(P<0.05).After inspection,it was found that when the concentration was 1.5,the sensitivity of chemiluminescence serum surface antigen was 16.45%,when the concentration was 3.0,the sensitivity was 27.11%,when the concentration was 9.0,the sensitivity was 45.32%,when the concentration was 12.0,the sensitivity was 60.39%,the sensitivity of chemiluminescence method of serum surface antigen was significantly higher than that of enzyme-linked immunoassay(P<0.05).The positive rate of HBeAb and HBsAg by chemiluminescence method was higher than that by enzyme-linked immunosorbent method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the serological test of hepatitis B virus patients,chemiluminescence method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay can be used to test.It can be clearly observed that the accuracy of chemiluminescence method detection is higher,and the test process is more scientific and automated.The results can be used as a clinical reference and have high application value.
