摘要
目的探讨多模式教学应用于实习护士带教中的临床价值。方法于2019年1月-2019年12月期间,选取香港大学深圳医院护理部的100名实习护士作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组(传统教学,n=50)、观察组(多模式教学,n=50),在结束实习前进行考核,比较两组间学习能力得分,理论、实践得分,以及对教学的满意率。结果观察组实习护士自我管理、团结合作、信息获取能力各项得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组实习护士理论、实践得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组实习护士、带教老师对教学的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在实习护士的带教中,采取多模式教学可提高实习护士的自我学习能力,升华理论、实践能力,更能得到实习护士、带教老师的认可。
Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-mode teaching in practice nurses.Methods From January 2019 to December 2019,100 practice nurses from the Nursing Department of Shenzhen Hospital of the University of Hong Kong were selected as the research objects.The study was divided into the control group(traditional teaching,n=50)and the observation group(multi-mode teaching,n=50)by random number table method.Before the end of the internship,the two groups were assessed to compare the scores of learning ability,theory and practice,as well as the satisfaction rate of teaching.Results The scores of self-management,solidarity and cooperation,and information acquisition ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of practice nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of practice nurses and teachers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of practice nurses,adopting multi-mode teaching can improve the self-learning ability of practice nurses,sublimate the theoretical and practical ability,and be more recognized by practice nurses and teachers.
