2015~2019年英德市全人群恶性肿瘤死亡分析

Analysis of Death from Malignant Tumor in the Whole Population in Yingde City

目的了解2015~2019年英德市全人群恶性肿瘤死亡状况及特征分析,为恶性肿瘤防治工作提供数据参考。方法采用英德市2015~2019年死亡信息登记数据中的全人群恶性肿瘤死亡数据,运用ICD-10疾病编码对根本死因分类,统计恶性肿瘤分城乡、性别与年龄别死亡率,分析恶性肿瘤死因谱。结果2015~2019年英德市恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为133.79/10万,中标死亡率为133.19/10万,男、女性粗死亡率分别为172.58/10万、91.00/10万,中标死亡率分别为176.38/10万、86.63/10万,前10位恶性肿瘤死因谱为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌、食管癌、鼻咽癌、脑癌、乳腺癌、白血病和淋巴瘤,男女性别死因谱前5位相同。结论我市恶性肿瘤死亡率高出广东省和我国平均水平,状况较为严峻,且大部分恶性肿瘤死亡率男性比女性高,相关部门应针对高危人群制定相应的生活方式和暴露环境等干预措施,同时加大肿瘤监测工作力度。

Objective To investigate the mortality status and characteristics of malignant tumors in the whole population in Yingde city from 2015 to 2019,and to provide data reference for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.Methods The data of malignant tumor death in the whole population from 2015 to 2019 in Yingde city were used to classify the underlying causes of death by ICD-10 disease code.The mortality rates of malignant tumors by urban and rural areas,sex and age were counted and the cause of death spectrum of malignant tumors was analyzed.Results From 2015 to 2019,the crude mortality rate of malignant tumors in Yingde City was 133.79/100,000,and the mortality rate of biddings was 133.19/100,000.The crude mortality rates of males and females were 172.58/100,000 and 91.00/100,000,respectively,and the mortality rates of biddings were 176.38/100,000 and 86.63/100,000,respectively.The top 10 causes of death of malignant tumors were lung cancer,liver cancer,stomach cancer,colorectal cancer,esophageal cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,brain cancer,breast cancer,leukemia and lymphoma,and the top 5 causes of death of male and female were the same.Conclusion The mortality rate of malignant tumors in our city is higher than the average level of Guangdong Province and China,and the situation is serious,and the mortality rate of most malignant tumors in males is higher than that in females.Relevant departments should formulate corresponding intervention measures for high-risk groups,such as lifestyle and exposure environment,and strengthen tumor monitoring.
