四皮汤中草药联合西医治疗对慢性宫颈炎患者预后的影响

Effect of Sipi Decoction with Chinese Herbal Medicine and Western Medicine on the Prognosis of Patients with Chronic Cervicitis

目的分析探讨四皮汤中草药联合西医治疗对慢性宫颈炎患者预后的影响。方法选取我院2020年接收治疗的慢性宫颈炎患者50例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组采用西医治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上再进行四皮汤中草药治疗。将两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量评分进行比较,并对所有病例进行3个月随访调查,对其住院时间、腹痛消失时间与不良反应发生率进行比较。结果观察组患者的治疗效果与生活质量评分明显高于对照组,并且观察组患者的住院时间、腹痛消失时间与不良反应发生率均低于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用四皮汤中草药联合西医治疗对慢性宫颈炎患者预后具有积极的影响,可以有效提高治疗效果,降低患者不良反应发生率,提高患者的日常生活质量,缩短住院时间,安全性较高,值得推广与应用于慢性宫颈炎患者的临床治疗中。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of Sipi Decoction Chinese herbal medicine combined with western medicine on the prognosis of patients with chronic cervicitis.Methods Select 50 patients with chronic cervicitis who will receive treatment in our hospital in 2020,and randomly divide them into observation group and control group.The control group adopts western medicine treatment method,and the observation group is treated with Sipi Decoction Chinese herbal medicine on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were compared,and a three-month follow-up survey was conducted on all cases,and the length of hospitalization,disappearance time of abdominal pain and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared.Results The treatment effect and quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the hospitalization time,the disappearance time of abdominal pain,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The difference in data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Sipi Decoction Chinese herbal medicine combined with western medicine has a positive effect on the prognosis of patients with chronic cervicitis,which can effectively improve the treatment effect,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the quality of patients’daily life,shorten the length of hospitalization,and have high safety.It is worthy of promotion and application in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis.
