观察耳穴埋豆配合护理干预对混合痔术后尿潴留发生的影响

Observation of the Effect of Ear-point Embedding with Beans and Nursing Intervention on the Occurrence of Urinary Retention after Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery

目的分析耳穴埋豆配合护理干预对混合痔术后尿潴留发生的影响。方法在2020年7月-2021年7月中选取到院进行治疗的患者共80例,随机分组,分别提供护理干预(对照组):运用健康教育、心理护理、术后排尿、诱导排尿等护理方式对患者实施预防尿潴留护理。联合耳穴埋豆干预(观察组):设定主穴位在输尿管、肾、膀胱位置,配穴位内分泌和皮质下,完全暴露一侧耳部,使用一粒王不留行籽放在耳廓中间,紧贴穴位;引导患者按压穴位,叮嘱患者按压原则为由轻到重,王不留行籽的留置时间在3~7d,双耳必须交替穴位实施按压。每组40例。对比分析临床效果。结果两组患者术后5~6h、术后7~8h、术后9~10h、术后11~12h时间段排尿例数差异小(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组不同时间段排尿流畅度及排尿量评分偏低,首次排尿时间偏短,导尿例数偏少,疗效偏高(P<0.05)。结论对混合痔术后患者使用护理干预联合耳穴埋豆能够显著减少尿潴留发生概率,增加疗效。

Objective To analyze the effect of burrowing beans in ear points and nursing intervention on the occurrence of urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients were selected for treatment in the hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 and were randomly divided into groups.Provide nursing interventions(control group):Use health education,psychological care,postoperative urination,induced urination and other nursing methods to implement preventive care for patients with urinary retention.Combined ear acupoint embedding intervention(observation group):Set the main acupoints at the location of the ureter,kidney,and bladder,with acupoints for endocrine and subcortex,fully expose one side of the ear,and place a Wangbuliuxingzi in the middle of the auricle,close to the acupuncture point.Guide the patient to press the acupoint,and instruct the patient to press the principle of light to heavy,the indwelling time of Wangbuliuxingzi is 3~7days,and the acupuncture points of both ears must be alternately pressed.Forty cases in each group.Comparative analysis of clinical effects.Results There was little difference in the number of urination cases between the two groups of patients at 5~6 h after surgery,7~8h after surgery,9~10 h after surgery,and 11~12h after surgery(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,observation group’s urinary fluency and urinary volume scores were low in different time periods,shorter first micturition time,fewer cases of catheterization and higher curative effect(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nursing intervention combined with ear acupoint embedding for patients with mixed hemorrhoids can significantly reduce the probability of urinary retention and increase the curative effect.
