剖宫产术中应用卡贝缩宫素预防产后出血的效果

Effect of Carbetocin on Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage during Cesarean Section

目的观察卡贝缩宫素应用于剖宫产术中预防产后出血的效果。方法选取2017年8月-2019年8月行剖宫产术者180例,随机分为观察组(催产素)和对照组(卡贝缩宫素)各90例,对比两组患者的治疗效果、24h血红蛋白下降值、术后24h出血量、术后2h出血量、术中出血量情况、不良反应情况、额外干预情况。结果对比两组患者术后24h血红蛋白下降值、术后24h出血量、术后2h出血量、术中出血量情况,观察组患者均优于对照组患者,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床剖宫产术中采取卡贝缩宫素预防产后出血效果显著,并且在手术的过程当中使用简单、便捷,对于产妇出血情况具有起效快、止血效果好的特点,可有效改善产妇出血情况,在治疗后有效减少产妇不良反应,可以将其应用到临床手术中,具有非常好的临床治疗效果。

Objective To observe the effect of carbetocin in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods 180 cases of cesarean section were selected from August 2017 to August 2019,and they were randomly divided into observation group(oxytocin)and control group(carbetocin)with 90 cases each,and the treatments of the two groups were compared Effect,24h hemoglobin reduction value,24h postoperative blood loss,2h postoperative blood loss,intraoperative blood loss,adverse reactions,additional interventions.Results Comparing the 24h hemoglobin drop,24h postoperative blood loss,2h postoperative blood loss,and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups of patients,the observation group was better than the control group,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of carbetocin in clinical cesarean section to prevent postpartum hemorrhage is effective,and it is simple and convenient to use during the operation.It has the characteristics of fast onset and good hemostatic effect for maternal bleeding,which can be effectively improved Maternal hemorrhage,after treatment,can effectively reduce maternal adverse reactions,it can be applied to clinical surgery,and has a very good clinical treatment effect.
