优质护理对老年脑梗死患者生活质量、护理满意度及预后的改善作用

Effect of Quality Nursing on Improving Life Quality,Nursing Satisfaction Degree and Prognosis of Elderly Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的研究优质护理在老年脑梗死患者生活质量、护理满意度、预后改善作用。方法以2019年6月-2020年5月收治128例老年脑梗死患者为对象,随机划分成参照组、实验组,每组各64例,参照组患者进行常规护理,实验组患者采取优质护理,对比护理质量。结果护理前两组生活质量评分(SF-36)无显著差异(P>0.05),护理后实验组生活质量评分显著高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组BI与MMSE评分均低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组护理满意度为82.8%,低于实验组98.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年脑梗死患者采取优质护理,可以提升生活质量和满意度,降低并发症,改善预后,提高护理质量。

Objective To study effect of quality nursing on improving life quality,nursing satisfaction degree and prognosis of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The paper chose 128 elderly patients with cerebral infarction from June 2019 to may 2020 as objects,and divided them into reference group and experimental group randomly,with 64 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine nursing,and experimental group with quality nursing.Nursing quality was compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in life quality scores(SF-36)between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,life quality scores of experimental group were significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05);BI and MMSE scores in reference group were significantly lower than experimental group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction degree in reference group was 82.8%,lower than 98.4%in experimental group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality nursing can improve life quality and satisfaction degree,reduce complications,improve prognosis and nursing quality of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.
