老年住院患者VTE的知识、信念、行为的现状及其影响因素的调查研究

Investigation on Knowledge,Belief and Behavior of Elderly Inpatients with VTE And Its Influencing Factors

目的分析老年住院病患预防静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)知识、信念以及行为现状和影响因素。方法选择四川省德阳市人民医院2019年6月-2020年6月248例老年住院病患为研究样本。采集全部病患一般资料和知识-信念-行为(KAP)评分,分析病患在静脉血栓栓塞症预防方面KAP得分和影响因素。结果在知识、信念以及行为方面,其KAP总得分依次是(20.25±5.79)分、(32.22±4.93)分、(36.87±5.65)分。年龄、学历、损伤位置以及治疗时期是影响病患预防静脉血栓栓塞症的KAP得分影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年住院病患对静脉血栓栓塞症知识的掌握水平不高,同时年龄以及学历是影响其KAP评分的重要因素,因此对于老年住院病患需实施个性化健康宣教,提升病患对静脉血栓栓塞症的认知水平。

Objective To analyze knowledge,belief,behavior and influencing factors of prevention of venous thromboembolism(VTE)of elderly inpatients.Methods The paper chose 248 elderly inpatients in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 as research samples,collected general data and KAP scores of patients,and analyzed KAP scores and influencing factors in prevention of venous thromboembolism.Results Total KAP scores of knowledge,belief and behavior were 20.25±5.79,32.22±4.93 and 36.87±5.65 respectively.Age,educational background,injury location and treatment period were influencing factors of KAP scores for prevention of venous thromboembolism(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly inpatients has less knowledge on venous thromboembolism,age and educational background are important factors affecting their KAP scores.Therefore,personalized health education should be carried out to improve their cognitive level of venous thromboembolism.
