玻璃体切除手术联合白内障手术治疗增生性糖尿病视网膜病变的效果观察

Effect Observation of Vitreous Body Surgery Combined with Cataract Surgery for Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探讨增生性糖尿病视网膜病变实施玻璃体切除手术联合白内障手术治疗效果。方法将揭阳市普宁市人民医院接收的增生性糖尿病视网膜病变50例患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,每组各25例。对照组仅行玻璃体切除手术,研究组行玻璃体切除联合白内障手术治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后视力与眼压水平变化,同时观察其视网膜复位率及并发症发生率。结果与治疗前相比,组间患者治疗后视力水平、眼压水平均得以明显改善(P<0.05),而两组患者之间未产生明显差异(P>0.05);研究组视网膜复位率及并发症发生率均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将玻璃体切除联合白内障手术应用于增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者中效果显著,对视力、眼压水平改善效果明显,同时,视网膜复位率得以有效提升,并发症发生率得以降低,临床应广泛推广应用。

Objective To investigate curative effect of vitreous body surgery combined with cataract surgery for proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy received in our hospital,and divided them into control group and study group randomly,25 cases in each group.Control group was treated with vitrectomy and study group with vitrectomy combined with cataract surgery.Changes of visual acuity and intraocular pressure before and after treatment were compared between two groups.At the same time,retinal reduction rate and incidence of complications was observed.Results compared with before treatment,visual acuity and intraocular pressure of two groups was significantly better after treatment(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);retinal reattachment rate(96%)and complication rate(8%)in study group were significantly better than control group(76%)and(28%),difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitreous body resection combined with cataract surgery can achieve significant effect for patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy,with significant improvement in vision and IOP,and retinal reattachment rate effectively,less complications incidence.
