本文主要以1+X证书背景下的高职养老人才培养模式的实践研究为重点进行阐述,首先分析1+X证书制度培养现状,包含:无法保证专业教学标准和老年职业技能等级要求相对接、课程设置和养老需求相偏离、无法保证专业课程与证书培训的一体化、教学团队有待进一步建设等方面的情况,其次阐述1+X证书背景下高职养老人才培养实际情况,再次介绍1+X证书背景下高职院校养老人才培养现状,最后从优化人才培养计划,从保证专业教学标准以及技能等级标准相对接、创新教育课程,设计协同的养老课程体系、整理人才培养培训模式,衔接专业教学与证书培训、内化校企合作,组建高素质的培训队伍几个方面深入说明并探讨1+X证书背景项进行高职院校养老人才培养的途径,旨意在为相关研究提供参考资料。

The paper mainly related practical research on training mode of elderly care talents in higher vocational colleges under 1+X certificate background.Firstly,it overviewed basis of 1+X certificate system,including inability to ensure relative connection between professional teaching standards and elderly vocational skill level requirements,deviation between curriculum and elderly care needs,inability to ensure integration of professional courses and certificate training,and further improvement of teaching team construction,secondly,it expounded actual situation of pension talent training in higher vocational colleges under 1+X certificate background,and introduced current situation of pension talent training in higher vocational colleges under 1+X certificate background.Finally,it related and explored ways of cultivating endowment talents in higher vocational colleges under 1+X certificate background to provide reference materials for relevant research from aspects of optimizing talent training plans,ensuring relative connection of professional teaching standards and skill level standards,innovating education courses,designing collaborative pension curriculum system,arranging talent training modes,and connecting majors teaching and certificate training,internalizing cooperation between schools and enterprises,and establishing quality training team.
