神经内科患者焦虑与抑郁症状的临床研究

Clinical Study on Anxiety and Depression Symptoms of Patients in Neurology Department

目的进行神经内科患者焦虑与抑郁症状的临床研究。方法以2020年1~6月山东省沂南县湖头镇卫生院接诊的神经内科患者中随机选择200例患者作为研究对象,根据本院自制的焦虑与抑郁调查量表,从患者的健康状况、性别、年龄和文化程度等方面进行分析调查。结果无神经内科疾病研究对象焦虑抑郁评分明显低于伴神经内科疾病患者(P<0.05);200例患者中肯定存在焦虑抑郁共存占比8.50%;无神经内科疾病研究对象焦虑阳性率明显低于伴神经内科疾病患者(P<0.05);无神经内科疾病研究对象抑郁阳性率明显低于伴神经内科疾病患者(P<0.05)。结论通过研究表明,神经内科患者更容易发生焦虑和抑郁症状,并且这种症状的发生与患者的性别和学历的高低有着密切的联系,女性和高学历者更容易发生抑郁和焦虑症状。

Objective To study symptoms of anxiety and depression of neurology patients clinically.Methods The paper chose 200 patients in neurology department of Yinan County Hutou Town health center from January 2020 to June 2020 as research objects randomly,carries on analysis and investigation based on self-made anxiety and depression survey scale,including health status,gender,age and cultural degree of patients.Results Anxiety and depression scores of subjects without neurological diseases were significantly lower than those with neurological diseases(P<0.05);anxiety and depression coexisted in 200 cases accounting for 8.50%;positive rate of anxiety ofpatients without neurological diseases was significantly lower than those with neurological diseases(P<0.05);positive rate of depression of patients without neurological diseases was significantly lower than those with neurological diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion Research shows that patients in neurology department are more likely to have anxiety and depression symptoms,occurrence of the symptom is closely related to gender and educational background of patients.Females and highly educated people are more likely to have depression and anxiety symptoms.
