中国的经济体制越来越完善,国内医疗卫生系统也实现规范化运行,与医疗卫生相关的产业规模化方向发展,经济效益实现大幅度增长,特别是处于当前的市场体制下,药品企业的产量增加,所创造的利润是非常可观的。药品企业在注重产品生产量的同时,还要重视产品的质量,即在生产药品的过程中对于产品的质量要高度关注,并采取有效的控制措施,防止药品存在问题,威胁到大众的健康。所以,药品企业要持续稳定发展,就要注意药品安全问题,这也是维护社会稳定的关键。对于药品生产实施严格的监督管理,要明确药品作为一种特殊商品所具备的特点,以及对药品生产实施监督管理的重要性,对于当前药品生产中所存在的问题进行分析,提出监督管理措施。本论文着重于研究药品生产质量监督管理方面的内容。

With more and more complete of economic system,domestic medical and health system has been under standardized operation,medical and health related industries have been developing with large scale with increasing economic benefits.Under current market system,output of pharmaceutical enterprises has increased,with considerable profits.Pharmaceutical enterprises should pay attention to product production,and product quality,that is,during process of drug production,it is necessary to pay great attention to product quality and take effective control measures to prevent drug problems from threatening health of the public.Therefore,drug enterprises should pay attention to drug safety to maintain stable development and social stability.Based on strict supervision and management of drug production,it is necessary to clarify characteristics of drugs as special commodity and importance of supervision and management of drug production,analyze problems in current drug production,and put forward supervision and management measures.The paper researches contents of drug production quality supervision and management.
