观察银杏二萜内酯葡胺对急性缺血性脑卒中患者炎症因子水平和氧化应激指标的影响

Effect Observation of Ginkgolide Glucosamine on Inflammatory Factors and Oxidative Stress Indexes of Acute Ischemic Stroke Patients

摘要 目的分析银杏二萜内酯葡胺对急性缺血性脑卒中患者炎症引起水平和氧化应激指标的影响效果。方法纳入对象为庆阳市人民医院2019年2月-2020年2月收治的80例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,入组时随机分为两组,一组为对照组,41例患者,常规治疗;另一组为实验组,39例患者,银杏二萜内酯葡胺治疗。比较两组疗效情况。结果实验组各项炎症因子水平与氧化应激指标均优于对照组,且治疗总有效率也比对照组高,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且,实验组NIHSS和ADL评分也优于对照组,数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后实验组血浆黏度、全血还原黏度、血小板聚集指数及红细胞聚集指数皆低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性缺血性脑卒中患者给予银杏二萜内酯葡胺治疗,既有助于改善炎症因子水平与氧化应激指标,又能改善神经功能与血液流变学指标,提高治疗效果。 Objective To analyze effect of ginkgolide glucosamine on level of inflammation and oxidative stress of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly.41 cases in control group were treated with routine treatment,and 39 cases in experimental group with ginkgo diterpene lactone glucosamine.Curative effect of two groups was compared.Results Levels of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indexes in experimental group were better than control group,total effective rate was also higher than control group,data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);moreover,NIHSS and ADL scores in experimental group were better than control group,data were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,plasma viscosity,whole blood reducing viscosity,platelet aggregation index and erythrocyte aggregation index in experimental group was lower than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Ginkgo diterpene lactone glucosamine can improve the level of inflammatory factors and indexes of oxidative stress,neurological function and hemorheological indexes,and improve curative effect in treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke.
