琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗心肌梗死后室性心律失常的疗效及对患者心功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗心肌梗死后室性心律失常的疗效及对患者心功能的影响。方法从2019年11月-2020年11月广东省广州市海珠区中医医院治疗的心肌梗死后室性心律失常患者中随机抽取74例进行研究。将其按照双盲法分为两个独立小组。参比组使用常规药物治疗,试验组使用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗。对比两组治疗后的心功能指标、临床疗效以及不良反应。结果在对本文研究患者进行治疗后,试验组心功能指标优于参比组(P<0.05);试验组临床疗效高于参比组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应少于参比组(P<0.05)。结论在对心肌梗死后室性心律失常患者进行治疗时,使用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片治疗能够改善患者的心功能,提高临床疗效,减少不良反应,建议在治疗研究疾病时使用。 Objective To explore effect of metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in treatment of ventricular arrhythmia after myocardial infarction and effect on cardiac function.Methods The paper chose 74 patients with ventricular arrhythmia after myocardial infarction in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 for study,and divided them into two independent groups randomly according to double-blind method.Reference group was treated with routine drugs and experiment group with metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets.Cardiac function indexes,clinical effect and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,cardiac function indexes of experimental group were better than reference group(P<0.05),clinical effect of experimental group was higher than reference group(P<0.05),adverse reactions of experimental group were less than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In treatment of patients with ventricular arrhythmia after myocardial infarction,metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets can improve cardiac function and clinical effect,reduce adverse reactions,which is recommended in treatment of research diseases.
