奥美拉唑联合生长抑素治疗急性上消化道出血的效果及对止血成功率的影响

Effect of Omeprazole Combined with Somatostatin on Acute Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding and Hemostasis Success Rate

目的探究奥美拉唑联合生长抑素治疗急性上消化道出血的效果及对止血成功率的影响。方法收集2019年10月-2020年12月佛山市南海区人民医院108例急性上消化道出血患者,随机划分两组,研究组与对照组,各54例。对照组以奥美拉唑钠治疗,研究组基于对照组联用生长抑素,比对两组治疗有效率、治疗前后凝血四项指标及血常规指标、止血成功率、不良反应。结果研究组治疗有效率、止血成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组凝血四项中PT、APTT、TT水平高于对照组,而FIB水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组血常规指标中血细胞比容、红细胞计数、血小板计数、血红蛋白水平值高于对照组,而白细胞计数水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性上消化道出血采用奥美拉唑联合生长抑素治疗的疗效显著,止血成功率高,改变血常规的各项指标,安全性高,且能改善凝血功能。

Objective To explore effect of omeprazole combined with somatostatin in treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding and its effect on success rate of hemostasis.Methods The paper chose 108 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from October 2019 to December 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly,study group and control group,with 54 cases in each group.Control group was treated with omeprazole sodium,and study group with somatostatin based on control group.Effective rate,four indexes of coagulation,blood routine indexes,success rate of hemostasis and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results Treatment effect and hemostasis success rate of study group was higher than control group(P<0.05);after treatment,levels of PT,APTT and TT in four coagulation items of study group were higher than control group,while FIB level was lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of hematocrit,erythrocyte count,platelet count and hemoglobin in study group were higher than control group,leukocyte count level was lower than control group,(P<0.05);incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole combined with somatostatin can achieve significant effect in treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding,with high success rate of hemostasis,high safety and coagulation function improvement.
