穿心莲内酯片联合柳氮磺胺吡啶肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Andrographolide Tablet combined with Sulfasalazine Enteric Coated Tablet in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

目的探讨穿心莲内酯片联合柳氮磺胺吡啶肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效分析。方法选取广州市花都区天贵社区卫生服务中心2021年1~6月所收治的溃疡性结肠炎患者40例作为研究对象,采取抽签法将其分为联合组和对比组,每组各20例。其中对比组仅给予柳氮磺胺吡啶片进行治疗,联合组在对比组的基础上联合穿心莲内酯片进行治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行评价分析。结果经过一段时间的治疗后,联合组的总有效率高于对比组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且联合组的腹痛、腹泻等症状的改善情况优于对比组,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穿心莲内酯片联合柳氮磺胺吡啶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎的治疗的效果更加明显一些,并且其安全性高,是值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of andrographis lactone tablets combined with sulfasalazine enteric coated tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 40 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into combined group and control group by drawing lots,the combined group n=20 and the control group n=20.The contrast group was only given salazosulfamidine tablets for treatment,and the combined group was combined with andrographolide tablets for treatment on the basis of the contrast group,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated and analyzed.Results After a period of treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of abdominal pain,diarrhea and other symptoms in the combined group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Andrographis lactone tablets combined with sulfasalazine tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is more obvious,and its safety is high,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
