窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆对小儿龋齿的预防效果分析

Analysis of the Preventive Effect of Socket and Groove Closure combined with Fluoroprotective Paint on Dental Caries in Children

目的探究窝沟封闭术联合氟保护漆对小儿龋齿的预防效果。方法选择2021年1~12月广东医科大学顺德妇女儿童医院收治的40例龋病预防儿童作为研究对象,分组选择随机法,分成对照组(窝沟封闭术)和实验组(窝沟封闭术+氟保护漆),比较小儿龋齿预防效果。结果实验组6个月、1年、1年半、2年龋齿发生率分别为0.00%、5.00%、5.00%、5.00%,均明显低于对照组龋齿发生率20.00%、30.00%、35.00%、35.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿龋齿预防中联合应用窝沟封闭术和氟保护漆具有良好效果,儿童2年内发生龋齿的概率很低,有助于儿童牙齿及口腔健康,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of groove closure and fluoroprotective paint on dental caries in children.Methods The caries prevention children admitted by our hospital were selected as the research subjects,with 40 cases from January 2021 to December 2,2021,and the randomized method was divided into control group(socket and groove closure)and experimental group(+fluorine protection paint)to compare the prevention effect of dental caries prevention in children.Results The incidence of dental caries was 0.00%,5.00%,5.00%,5.00%and 5.00%,20.00%,30.00%,300%,35.00%,35.00%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The joint application of alveolar closure and fluorine protective paint in pediatric dental caries prevention has good results.The probability of dental caries within 2 years is very low,which is conducive to children’s dental and oral health and is worth popularizing and use.
