玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效观察与应用价值分析

Clinical Observation and Application Value Analysis of Intravitreal Injection of Ranibizumab in the Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

目的分析探讨玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效观察与应用价值分析。方法选取新疆喀什地区第一人民医院2019~2020年接收治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者120例,采用随机数字法将其分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组采用常规玻璃体切割手术治疗,观察组采用玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗,将两组患者的术中填充物的使用率,手术时间、术中出血与医源性视网膜裂孔,临床治疗效果和患者手术2个月后的不良反应发生情况进行对比。结果观察组患者的术中填充物的使用率,手术时间、术中出血与医源性视网膜裂孔均低于对照组,治疗效率高于对照组,且手术2个月后的不良反应发生情况低于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗糖尿病视网膜病变可以有效提高临床疗效,降低术后不良反应发生情况,减少术中出血与手术时间等指标,对患者康复具有积极作用,值得推广与应用于临床治疗中。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and application value analysis of intravitreal injection of ranibizumab in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 120 patients with diabetic retinopathy received and treated in our hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number method.The control group was treated with conventional vitrectomy and the observation group was treated with vitreous injection.For the treatment of nizumab,the use rate of intraoperative fillers,operation time,intraoperative bleeding and iatrogenic retinal tears,clinical treatment effects and the occurrence of adverse reactions 2 months after the operation were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The use rate of intraoperative fillers,operation time,intraoperative bleeding and iatrogenic retinal tears of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the treatment efficiency was higher than that of the control group.And the incidence of adverse reactions 2 months after the operation was lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravitreal injection of ranibizumab in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse reactions,reduce intraoperative bleeding and operation time and other indicators,which has a positive effect on patient rehabilitation and is worthy of promotion and application In clinical treatment.
