穴位贴敷及针刺疗法联合补中止频汤治疗儿童尿频肺脾气虚证的临床疗效评价

Evaluation of the Clinical Efficacy of Acupoint Application and Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Buzhong Zhipin Decoction in the Treatment of Children with Frequent Urination,Lung and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

目的分析探讨穴位贴敷及针刺疗法联合补中止频汤治疗儿童尿频肺脾气虚证的临床疗效。方法选取我院2019年1月-2020年12月接收治疗儿童尿频肺脾气虚证患者60例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组采用补中止频汤治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上再进行穴位贴敷及针刺疗法,将两组患者的治疗后的临床症状改善、生活质量与临床疗效进行对比。结果观察组患者的临床症状改善度高于对照组,生活质量高于对照组,并且观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用穴位贴敷及针刺疗法联合补中止频汤治疗儿童尿频肺脾气虚证,可以有效改善患者临床症状,减少不良反应发生率,提高临床疗效,对患者后续修养身体有积极作用,在临床治疗中值得广泛应用。

Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effects of acupoint application and acupuncture combined with Buzhong Zhipin Decoction in the treatment of children with frequent urination,lung and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods From January 2019 to December 2020,60 children with frequent urination,lung and spleen deficiency syndrome were selected in our hospital,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with Buzhong Zhipin Decoction,the observation group was treated with acupoint application and acupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The improvement of clinical symptoms,quality of life and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The improvement of clinical symptoms of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the quality of life was higher than that of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference in data comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of acupoint application and acupuncture therapy combined with Buzhong Zhipin Decoction to treat children with frequent urination,lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve clinical efficacy,and have a positive effect on the subsequent physical training of patients.It is worthy of wide application in clinical treatment.
