三九天铺姜灸改善亚健康阳虚体质65例临床研究

Clinical Study on Sanjiu Tianpu Ginger Moxibustion Improving 65 Cases of Sub Healthy Yang Deficiency Constitution

目的探讨三九天铺姜灸改善亚健康阳虚体质的效果。方法选取东莞市清溪医院2019年3~12月收治的195例亚健康阳虚体质患者,按随机数表法分为传统铺姜灸组、定量铺姜灸组、贴天灸组,每组65例,分别采用传统铺姜灸、定量铺姜灸和贴天灸治疗,记录患者治疗6个月时的疗效、阳虚证改善程度。结果①治疗后,定量铺姜灸组的治疗有效率显著高于其他两组,P<0.05;②治疗后,三组阳虚证评分均显著改善,且定量铺姜灸组的阳虚证评分均显著低于其他两组,P<0.05。结论定量铺姜灸治疗亚健康阳虚体质效果理想,可有效改善患者阳虚体质,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of ginger moxibustion on improving the constitution of sub-health Yang deficiency in the Sanjiu day.Methods 195 patients with sub-health Yang deficiency who were admitted to Qingxi Hospital of Dongguan City from March 2019 to December 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into three groups:traditional ginger spreading moxibustion group,quantitative ginger spreading moxibustion group and Tiantie moxibustion group.They were treated with traditional ginger spreading moxibustion,quantitative ginger spreading moxibustion and Tiantie moxibustion.The curative effect and improvement degree of Yang deficiency syndrome were recorded after 6 months of treatment.Results①After treatment,the effective rate of quantitative ginger moxibustion group was significantly higher than the other two groups,P<0.05;②After treatment,the Yang deficiency syndrome scores of the three groups were significantly improved,and the Yang deficiency syndrome scores of the quantitative ginger moxibustion group were significantly lower than those of the other two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of quantitative ginger moxibustion in the treatment of sub-health Yang deficiency constitution is ideal,which can effectively improve the Yang deficiency constitution of patients,and is worthy of popularization and application.
