针灸联合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效及对患者疼痛程度的影响

Curative Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Massage on Lumbar Disc Herniation and its Influence on Pain Degree of Patients

目的研究腰椎间盘突出症患者接受针灸+推拿治疗的实际效果,评析该治疗方案的临床应用价值。方法选取本院2019年4月-2020年10月期间收治的96例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,随机选出其中48例患者纳入对照组,并予以治疗方案A(常规推拿),其余48例患者接受方案B(针灸+推拿治疗)治疗,并视为观察组;对比两组患者的治疗情况。结果①观察组治疗后疼痛评分(0.61±0.15)分明显低于对照组(1.07±0.24)分,P_(2)<0.0011;②观察组治疗后腰椎功能评分(24.78±5.32)分明显高于对照组(20.35±5.46)分,P_(4)=0.0011;③观察组各种症状消退时间均明显少于对照组,P_(5-9)<0.0011;④观察组治疗后各项炎性因子水平均明显低于对照组,P_(13-14)<0.0011,P_(15)=0.0120;⑤观察组总有效率(97.91%)明显高于对照组(85.41%),P_(16)=0.0192。结论与方案A相比,方案B治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果更为理想,在减轻疼痛、改善腰椎功能等方面均有突出表现,具备推广价值。

Objective To study the actual effect of acupuncture and massage on patients with lumbar disc herniation,and to evaluate the clinical application value of the treatment.Methods 96 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,of which 48 patients were randomly selected as the control group and given treatment scheme a(conventional massage),while the remaining 48 patients were treated with treatment scheme B(acupuncture+massage),and were regarded as the observation group;The treatment of the two groups were compared.Results①The pain score of the observation group after treatment was(0.61±0.15)was significantly lower than that of the control group(1.07±0.24),P_(2)<0.0011;②The lumbar function score of the observation group after treatment was(24.78±1.32)was significantly higher than that of the control group(20.35±5.46),P_(4)=0.0001;③The disappearance time of various symptoms in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,P_(5-9)<0.0011;④After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P_(13-14)<0.0011,P_(15)=0.0120;⑤The total effective rate of the observation group(97.91%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.41%),P_(16)=0.0192.Conclusion Compared with scheme a,the clinical effect of scheme B in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is more ideal,and it has outstanding performance in reducing pain and improving lumbar function,which is worthy of promotion.
