本体感觉训练对肩关节镜术后关节功能障碍的影响

Effect of Proprioceptive Training on Joint Dysfunction after Shoulder Arthroscopy

目的探究本体感觉训练对肩关节镜术后关节功能障碍的影响。方法选择2019年6月至2020年4月于我院肩关节镜术后患者60例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。两组均接受肩关节康复训练,观察组在此基础上给予本体感觉训练,比较两组干预前及干预后肩关节功能障碍程度、自理能力。结果干预前,两组肩关节功能、自理能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组肩关节疼痛(11.72±1.76)分、日常生活活动(14.67±1.80)分、关节活动范围中前屈(8.68±0.74)分、外展(8.15±0.54)分、外旋(8.05±0.79)分、内旋(8.33±0.60)分、肌力(19.35±2.16)分,自理能力(38.84±2.37)分,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本体感觉训练能够提高肩关节镜术后患者关节活动度,改善肩关节功能,促使患者自理能力恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of proprioception training on joint dysfunction after shoulder arthroscopy.Methods Sixty patients after shoulder arthroscopy in our hospital from June 2019 to April 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group(n=30).Both groups received shoulder rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given proprioceptive training on this basis.The degree of shoulder dysfunction and self-care ability of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in shoulder function and self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,shoulder pain(11.72±1.76),activities of daily living(14.67±1.80),flexion(8.68±0.74),abduction(8.15±0.54),external rotation(8.05±0.79),internal rotation(8.33±0.60),muscle strength(19.35±2.16)and self-care ability(38.84±2.37)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Proprioceptive training can improve the range of motion of patients after shoulder arthroscopy,improve the function of shoulder joint and promote the recovery of patients’self-care ability.
