绩效考核管理在心内科护理管理中的应用方法及可行性研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的对心内科护理管理中绩效考核管理的具体应用展开讨论。方法绩效考核管理的实施对象为我院的护理人员共18例,选取我院2020年3月至2021年3月接收治疗的心内科患者120例,再选取我院12例医生为调查对象,将实施绩效考核管理前后的护理质量、不良事件发生情况、患者满意度与医生满意度进行比较。结果行绩效考核前后护理质量比较:在护理质量方面,相较未行绩效考核管理时,行此项管理后呈显著偏高表现(P<0.05)。在不良事件(AE)率方面,相较未行绩效考核时,行此项考核后呈明显偏低表现:两组比较表现出显著不同(P<0.05)。比较病人满意度:相较未实施时,实施后呈偏高表现,两组表现出明显区别(P<0.05)。医生满意度比较:相较未实施时,实施后呈偏高表现,且两组表现出明显区别(P<0.05)。结论在心内科护理管理方面,绩效考核管理的应用能够显著提升病人和医师的满意度,对病人康复有促进作用,有助于优化医院护理综合水平,具备在心内科护理管理中推行的价值。 Objective To discuss the application of performance appraisal management in nursing management of cardiology department.Methods A total of 18 cases of nursing staff in our hospital were selected as the implementation objects of performance appraisal management.One hundred and twenty cases of cardiology patients in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected,and 12 doctors in our hospital were selected as the investigation objects.The nursing quality,adverse events,patient satisfaction and doctor satisfaction before and after the implementation of performance appraisal management were compared.Results The comparison of nursing quality before and after performance appraisal:In terms of nursing quality,compared with that without performance appraisal management,the performance after performance appraisal management was significantly higher(P<0.05).In the aspect of adverse event(AE)rate,it was significantly lower than that without performance appraisal:There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparison of patients’satisfaction:In this aspect,compared with the non implementation,the implementation showed higher performance,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparison of doctor satisfaction:In this aspect,compared with the non implementation,the implementation showed a high performance,and the two groups showed significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing management of cardiology department,the application of performance appraisal management can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients and doctors,promote the rehabilitation of patients,help to optimize the comprehensive level of hospital nursing,and has the value of implementation in the nursing management of cardiology department.
