观察分析鼻内窥镜治疗鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者的临床疗效

Observation and Analysis of Nasal Endoscopy in Patients with Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的分析探究鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者接受鼻内窥镜治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2020年1月至2020年12月,本院收治的30例鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉患者作为研究对象,按随机分组法,分为观察组(15例,接受鼻内窥镜治疗)和对照组(15例,接受常规手术治疗)。对比两组患者的手术诊疗情况、术后并发症及复发情况及手术疗效。结果相比于对照组,观察组手术时间、术后住院时间、症状消失时间更短,术中出血量更少,并发症总发生率、复发率更低,总有效率更高,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将鼻内窥镜治疗方式应用到鼻窦炎合并鼻息肉的临床诊疗中,能达更好的手术疗效,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with Sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods A total of 30 patients with Sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected,the patients were divided into observation group(15 cases,received nasal endoscopic treatment)and control group(15 cases,received conventional surgery).The diagnosis and treatment,postoperative complications and recurrence,and the effect of operation were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the Control Group,the observation group had shorter operation time,shorter postoperative hospital stay,shorter symptom disappearance time,less intraoperative bleeding,lower total incidence of complications,lower recurrence rate,and higher total effective rate,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying endoscopic sinus surgery to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of sinusitis combined with nasal polyp can achieve better surgical effect and is worth popularizing.
