信息互联互通系统在医院静脉用药追溯管理中的应用实践

Application and Practice of Information Interconnection and Intercommunication System in Hospital Venous Medication Traceability Management

目的探讨信息互联互通系统在静脉用药调配中心(Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services,PIVAS)管理中的应用实践,以提高PIVAS工作效率、管理能力和临床服务水平。方法对比分析信息互联互通系统运行前2019年7-9月与运行后2020年7-9月PIVAS的工作状态,从静脉用药实时监控、闭环可追溯、沟通电话个数/时间、临床满意度等方面评价信息互联互通系统对PIVAS管理的积极作用。结果信息互联互通系统建立实施后,PIVAS与临床科室的沟通效果提升,日均电话数、电话通话时长及病区反馈问题数均有明显下降,临床满意度得到明显提升,静脉用药实现了全流程闭环可追溯管理。结论我院PIVAS信息互联互通系统应用于静脉用药追溯管理,提高了PIVAS与临床沟通效率,减少了不必要的电话沟通耗时,实现了静脉用药全流程闭环可追溯管理,提高了临床满意度,使临床静脉用药管理更加高效、规范、安全。

Objective To explore the application and practice of the information interconnection system in the management of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services(PIVAS)in order to improve the work efficiency,management ability and clinical service level of PIVAS.Methods We compare and analyze the working status of PIVAS from July to September 2019 before the operation of the information interconnection system and from July to September 2020 after the operation,from the real-time monitoring of intravenous medication,closed-loop traceability,number/time of communication calls,and clinical satisfaction evaluation of the positive effects of the information interconnection system on the management of PIVAS.Results After the establishment and implementation of the information interconnection and intercommunication system,the communication between PIVAS and clinical departments has been improved,the average number of calls per day,the duration of telephone calls,and the number of ward feedback questions have all been significantly reduced,clinical satisfaction has been significantly improved,and intravenous medication has been achieved.The closed-loop process can be traced back to management.Conclusion The PIVAS information interconnection and intercommunication system in our hospital is applied to the traceability management of intravenous medication,which improves the efficiency of PIVAS and clinical communication,reduces unnecessary telephone communication time,realizes the closed-loop traceability management of the entire process of intravenous medication,and improves clinical satisfaction,making clinical intravenous drug management more efficient,standardized and safe.
