奥曲肽联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡出血的临床疗效研究

Clinical Efficacy of Octreotide Combined with Esmomeprazole in the Treatment of Gastric and Duodenal Ulcer Bleeding

目的分析探究奥曲肽联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡出血的临床疗效研究。方法选取我院2018~2020年接收治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡出血患者35例,随机将其分为观察组与对照组,其中对照组只采用艾司奥美拉唑进行治疗,观察组采用奥曲肽联合艾司奥美拉唑,对比两组患者治疗前后的临床症状改善状况、治疗后的效果与患者生活质量评分。结果(1)两组患者出血治疗前后的临床症状改善状况比较:将观察组与对照组出血治疗前后的所发生的呕血、黑便、上腹痛等症状进行对比,观察组患者治疗后的临床症状改善高于对照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者的治疗效果对比:将两组患者接受治疗后的有效率进行对比,观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者生活质量评分对比:对比两组患者生活质量评分结果,观察组分数均高于对照组,两组的差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论胃、十二指肠溃疡出血患者临床治疗中,采用奥曲肽联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗效果更明显,可以更有效缓解患者病情症状,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用于临床治疗中。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of octreotide combined with esmomeprazole in the treatment of gastric and duodenal ulcer bleeding.Methods Thirty-five patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer bleeding in our hospital from 2018 to 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,in which the control group was treated with esmomeprazole only,and the observation group was treated with octreotide combined with esmomeprazole.The improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment,the effect after treatment and the patients’quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results(1)Comparison of the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after bleeding treatment between the two groups:The symptoms of hematemesis,black stool and epigastric pain occurred before and after bleeding treatment between the observation group and the control group were compared,and the improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of treatment effect between two groups:The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group is higher than that in the control group,and there is a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of quality of life scores between the two groups:The scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Octreotide combined with esmomeprazole is more effective in the clinical treatment of patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer bleeding,which can relieve the symptoms of patients more effectively and improve the treatment effect,and is worthy of popularization and application in clinical treatment.
