药品合理分类在医院西药房管理中应用的意义

Significance of Rational Drug Classification in Hospital Pharmacy Management

目的分析药品合理分类在医院西药房管理中的应用意义。方法将本院于2019年1月至12月的常规西药房管理措施作为对照组;另将2020年1月至12月采用药品合理分类的西药房管理措施作为观察组,分析在不同管理方式下药品管理质量、药品使用错误率、管理人员工作效率、科室人员以及患者对药品的满意度。结果相较于对照组,观察组药品质量、管理人员工作效率明显更高,药品使用错误率明显更低,对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组患者对管理人员给药的满意度明显更高,对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组科室人员对药品管理的满意度明显更高,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在西药房管理中采取药品合理分类管理措施可明显提高药品的管理质量,提高患者以及科室人员对药品管理的满意度,减少药品使用错误率,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the application significance of rational drug classification in the management of hospital pharmacy.Methods The routine management measures of Western pharmacy in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were taken as the observation objects of the control group.The management measures of Western pharmacy with reasonable drug classification from January 2020 to December 2020 were taken as the observation objects of the observation group,and analyze the quality of drug management,drug use error rate,management staff efficiency,department staff and patients’satisfaction with drugs under different management methods.Results Compared with the control group,the drug quality and management efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher,the drug use error rate was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of the department staff in the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of quality management was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking reasonable drug classification management measures in the management of Western pharmacy can significantly improve the quality of drug management,improve the satisfaction of patients and department staff on drug management,and reduce the error rate of drug use,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
