四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的效果和安全性分析

Effect And Safety Analysis of Modified Four Noble Drug Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

目的研究对慢性胃炎患者在治疗期间应用四君子汤加减进行治疗后的效果及安全性。方法选取武威市古浪县黄花滩镇卫生院在2019年6月-2020年6月在消化内科进行治疗的慢性胃炎患者共74例作为本次研究的观察对象,依据随机分组法,将患者分成普通组和对照组,每组37例,其中普通组患者在治疗期间应用常规治疗方法进行治疗,对照组患者在常规组基础上,应用四君子汤加减治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果、中医症状积分情况及不良反应。结果对照组患者的临床治疗效总有效率为97.3%,普通组患者的治疗总有效率为81.1%,对照组患者的治疗效果明显高于普通组,两组患者在治疗前的中医症状积分情况没有明显差异性意义(P<0.05);但在治疗后,对照组患者的中医症状积分均优于普通组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的不良反应总概率也相对较低(P<0.05)。结论对慢性胃炎患者在常规的临床治疗中,加入四君子汤加减进行治疗后,明显能够提高患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的临床症状,相对降低了患者的不良反应发生率,其安全性更高,更值得被推广和提倡。

Objective To study effect and safety of modified four noble drug decoction in treatment of chronic gastritis patients.Methods The paper chose 74 cases chronic gastritis patients treated in Gastroenterology Department of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 as observation objects,and divided them into general group and control group according to random grouping method,with 37 cases in each group.Patients in general group were treated with routine treatment methods during treatment period,and those in control group with modified four noble drug decoction on the basis of routine group.Clinical curative effect,TCM symptom scores and adverse reactions were observed between two groups.Results Total effective rate of control group was 97.3%,and that of general group was 81.1%.Treatment effect of control group was significantly higher than general group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between two groups before treatment;however,after treatment,TCM symptom scores in control group were better than general group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05);total incidence of adverse reactions in control group was relatively lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified four noble drug decoction can improve clinical effect in routine clinical treatment of chronic gastritis patients significantly,improve clinical symptoms,and reduce incidence of adverse reactions relatively,which has higher safety and is worthy of promotion and recommendation.
