带光源头戴式放大镜行后牙嵌体修复应用体会

摘要 目的探讨牙科放大镜对口腔修复中后牙嵌体修复牙体预备精确度的影响。方法选取2019年1月-2019年9月于芜湖市口腔医院行嵌体修复牙体预备的50例患者,共50个单位修复体,随机分成两组,实验组:放大镜辅助嵌体修复牙体预备;对照组:常规嵌体修复牙体预备组;牙体预备和嵌体修复完成后,由医生和患者本人分别进行VAS评分,并按照USPHS标准进行随访评价。结果操作效率方面,对照组、实验组的操作效率主观VAS评分分别为(7.36±0.49)、(8.48±0.51),两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);修复体满意度方面,患者主观VAS评分分别为(8.92±0.28)、(8.96±0.35)两组评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);医生主观VAS评分分别为(8.12±0.53)、(8.92±0.40)两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。修复效果评价方面,修复后分别于6个月和12个月随访复查,实验组在修复体完整性、边缘密合度、继发龋等方面表现优秀,评价结果令人满意。结论带光源头戴式放大装置提高了临床条件下嵌体修复牙体预备的精度,远期修复效果好。 Objective To investigate effect of dental magnifying glass on accuracy of tooth preparation for posterior inlay restoration during oral restoration.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with inlay restoration tooth preparation in Wuhu City Stomatological Hospital from January 2019 to September 2019,50 units of prostheses in total,and divided them into two groups randomly.Experimental group:magnifying glass assisted inlay restoration tooth preparation;Control group:routine inlay restoration tooth preparation group.After tooth preparation and inlay restoration,VAS scores were evaluated by doctors and patients respectively,follow-up evaluation was carried out according to USPHS standard.Results In terms of operation efficiency,subjective VAS scores of operation efficiency in control group and experimental group were(7.36±0.49)and(8.48±0.51)respectively,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).In terms of prosthesis satisfaction,subjective VAS scores were(8.92±0.28)and(8.96±0.35)respectively,there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05);subjective VAS scores of doctors were(8.12±0.53)and(8.92±0.40)respectively,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).In terms of restoration effect evaluation,with followup at 6 and 12 months respectively,experimental group performed well in restoration integrity,marginal tightness and secondary caries,with satisfactory evaluation results.Conclusion Wearing magnifying device with light source can improve accuracy of tooth preparation for inlay restoration under clinical conditions,with good long-term restoration effect.
