人文教育在促进老年患者用药安全性的研究

摘要 目的分析人文教育在促进老年患者用药安全性的研究。方法此次研究共计选取128例研究对象,并且均选自2018年4月-2019年4月在广东省中山市博爱医院接受药物治疗的老年患者。在开展研究时,在患者及家属知晓且同意基础上随意将128例患者纳入不同小组中,即对照组和实验组,每小组所纳入病例数一致,均为64例。对于对照组中的64例患者,行常规用药教育;实验组行人文用药教育,比较两组老年患者的临床治疗效果以及不良事件的发生率。结果实验组(χ^(2)=8.2077,P=0.0041)不良事件发率低于对照组,P<0.05。实验组(χ^(2)=9.3091,P=0.0023)临床效果高于对照组,P<0.05。实验组95.31%的患者用药依从率高于对照组81.25%,P<0.05。结论实施人文用药教育不仅能够减少不良事件发生的概率,提高临床用药的有效性,还可促使老年患者可以早日恢复健康,在临床上有推广的意义。 Objective To analyze research of humanistic education in promoting drug safety of elderly patients.Methods The paper chose 128 elderly patients with drug treatment in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 as subjects for study.During the study,128 cases were randomly included in different groups,namely control group and experimental group on the basis of knowledge and consent of patients and their families.Number of cases included in each group was the same,64 cases.64 cases in control group were treated with routine medication education,and those in experimental group with humanistic medication education.Clinical treatment effect and incidence of adverse events was compared between two groups.Results Incidence of adverse events in experimental group(x^(2)=8.2077,P=0.0041)was lower than control group(P<0.05).Clinical effect of experimental group(x^(2)=9.3091,P=0.0023)was higher than control group(P<0.05).Compliance incidence 95.31%in experimental group was higher than 81.25%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic medication education can reduce incidence of adverse events and improve effectiveness of clinical medication,promote elderly patients to recover health as soon as possible,which is of clinical significance.
