探讨外科快速康复理念在护理乳腺癌改良根治围手术期患者中的临床应用

Clinical Application Exploration of Fast Track Surgery in Perioperative Nursing Care of Breast Cancer Patients with Modified Radical Mastectomy

目的探讨外科快速康复理念应用于护理乳腺癌改良根治围手术期患者的临床应用效果。方法选择2019年全年德阳市人民医院收治的行改良根治术的84例乳腺癌患者为此次研究对象,按照手术单双号顺序将其分为两组:对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组患者接受医院常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上加入外科快速康复理念护理,比较两组患者护理效果、护理满意度、并发症发生率与护理前后患者情绪变化。结果护理后观察组护理有效率明显高于对照组(95.24%>66.67%),护理满意度高于对照组(92.86%>71.43%),且对照组并发症发生率显著高于观察组(23.81%<4.76%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组患者SAS及SDS评分并无显著性差别,组间对比无统计学意义;护理后两组患者SAS及SDS评分差异较大,存在明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外科快速康复理念应用于护理乳腺癌改良根治围手术期患者护理效果更佳,护理满意度高,并发症发生率低,显著降低了患者不良情绪,值得大力推广。

Objective To explore clinical application effect of rapid surgical rehabilitation concept in perioperative nursing of breast cancer patients with modified radical mastectomy.Methods The paper chose 84 cases breast cancer patients with modified radical mastectomy in 2019 as research objects,and divided them into two groups according to order of surgery,control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.Control group was treated with hospital routine nursing,and observation group was added with concept of surgical rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis.Nursing effect,nursing satisfaction degree,incidence of complications and emotional changes of patients before and after nursing were compared between two groups.Results After nursing,nursing effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(95.24%>66.67%),nursing satisfaction degree was higher than control group(92.86%>71.43%),complications incidence of control group was significantly higher than observation group(23.81%<4.76%),difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between two groups before nursing,no significant difference between two groups.There was significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between two groups after nursing,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Concept of fast track surgery can achieve better nursing effect in nursing of breast cancer patients with modified radical operation,with higher nursing satisfaction degree and lower incidence of complications,can reduces negative emotions of patients significantly,which is worthy of great promotion.
