整体护理在慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Holistic Nursing in Nursing of Chronic Cor Pulmonale Complicated with Heart Failure

目的为患有慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭的患者实施整理护理,分析其护理效果。方法选取2018年8月-2019年8月在云南省曲靖市第一人民医院接受慢性肺心病合并心力衰竭治疗的患者,共100例,按照奇偶法将样本均分为两组,整体组和常规组,每组各50例,常规组及整体体组患者分别采用常规护理及整体护理,比较两组患者的护理效果、临床指标变化情况。结果整体组患者护理的总有效率(96.00%)明显高于常规组(78.00%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组FEV1、LVEF、6MWD等各项临床指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后患者各项临床指标均获得改善,护理前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理后两组对比,整体组各项指标水平均高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经护理干预,观察组患者满意度为98.00%,高于常规组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将整体护理应用于慢性肺心病合并心理衰竭患者的临床护理工作中能够有效改善其肺功能以及心脏功能,有利于促进其病情缓解,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze nursing effect of holistic nursing for patients with chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure.Methods Sample source:100 cases chronic cor pulmonale patients complicated with heart failure treated in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019.According to the parity method,samples were divided into two groups,overall group and routine group,with 50 cases in each group.Routine group and overall group were treated with routine nursing and holistic nursing respectively,nursing effect and changes of clinical indexes were compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of nursing in whole group(96.00%)was significantly higher than routine group(78.00%),with significant difference between groups,(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in clinical indexes including FEV1,LVEF and 6MWD between two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,all clinical indexes of patients were improved,difference before and after nursing was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,levels of all indexes in overall group were higher than routine group,difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing intervention,satisfaction degree of patients in observation group was 98.00%,higher than 82.00%in routine group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion Holistic nursing can improve lung function and heart function in clinical nursing of chronic cor pulmonale patients complicated with mental failure effectively,promote remission of the disease,which is worthy of clinical application.
