脑梗死患者给予阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗的效果研究

Effect Research of Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel Bisulfate in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Patients

目的探究给予脑梗死患者阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷的效果,旨在为脑梗死的临床治疗提供参考依据。方法随机抽取2018年12月-2019年11月宜兴市官林医院58例脑梗死患者,利用摸球法分为研究组(采取阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗)与对照组(采取常规药物治疗)。对比两组的NIH指数、不良反应发生率、治疗效果以及相关指标改善情况。结果治疗后,研究组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组;研究组患者黑便、皮肤过敏、恶心呕吐、胃肠道反应、出血以及嗜中性粒细胞减少、头痛等不良反应发生率低于对照组;研究组治疗有效率明显高于对照组;研究组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、甘油三酯(TG)以及高、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C、LDL-C)等指标改善状态明显优于对照组,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论较于常规用药治疗,使用阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死患者,具有较为理想的临床疗效,其能够迅速改善患者的临床症状,使患者临床指标恢复正常,从而给保障患者的生命健康,具有较好预后,值得推广。

Objective To explore effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate for cerebral infarction patients,to provide reference for clinical treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods The paper chose 58 cases cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2019,and divided them into study group(treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate)and control group(with routine drugs)randomly.NIH index,incidence of adverse reactions,treatment effect and improvement of related indexes were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,NIHSS scores of study group were lower than control group;incidence of black stool,skin allergy,nausea and vomiting,gastrointestinal reactions,bleeding,neutropenia and headache in study group was lower than control group;effective rate of study group was significantly higher than control group;improvement of serum total cholesterol(TC),C-reactive protein(CRP),triglyceride(TG),high and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C,LDL-C)in study group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate can achieve more ideal clinical effect than routine medication in treatment of cerebral infarction patients,can quickly improve clinical symptoms and restore clinical indicators to normal,to ensure life and health of patients with good prognosis,which is worthy of promotion.
