肛瘘切除术应用于肛瘘患者的效果及对肛门功能及血清IL-4、IL-6、IL-10水平的影响

The Effect of Anal Fistula Resection in Patients with Anal Fistula and its Effect on Anal Function and Serum IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 Levels

目的探究肛瘘切除术应用于肛瘘患者的效果及对肛门功能及血清IL-4、IL-6、IL-10水平的影响。方法以肛瘘患者为对象进行研究,共60例,分为参照组30例与研究组30例,本研究在2019年11月开始,在2020年11月结束,参照组治疗方式为切开挂线术治疗,研究组治疗方式为肛瘘切除术,对比治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,研究组治疗有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后IL-4水平、IL-6水平、IL-10水平均优于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后疼痛评分明显低于参照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。研究组治疗后肛门功能评分明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论肛瘘患者采用肛瘘切除术治疗,有效控制炎性反应,改善肛门功能,缓解疼痛,提高治疗有效率,治疗效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。

Objective To explore the effect of anal fistula resection in patients with anal fistula and its effect on anal function and serum IL-4,IL-6,IL-10 levels.Methods A total of 60 patients with anal fistula were divided into 30 cases in the reference group and 30 cases in the study group.The study started in November 2019 and ended in November 2020.The treatment method of the reference group was incision and thread hanging,the treatment method of the study group was anal fistula resection,and the treatment effect was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment was higher in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of IL-4,IL-6,and IL-10 in the study group were better than those in the reference group after treatment(P<0.05).The pain score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of anal function in the study group was significantly better than that of the reference group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with anal fistulas are treated with anal fistula resection,which can effectively control inflammatory reactions,improve anal function,relieve pain,improve treatment efficiency,and have significant therapeutic effects.It can be widely used in clinical practice.
