宫颈环形电切术联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Circular Electroresection of Cervix Combined with Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel in the Treatment of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia

目的探究宫颈环形电切术联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶在宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2020年12月东莞三局医院诊治的160例CIN患者,按随机数字表法分成对照组(80例),观察组(80例)。对照组行宫颈环形电切术,观察组加用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶,对比两组临床疗效、康复效果、炎性因子水平、并发症。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组腰骶酸痛、分泌物过多、血性白带消失、住院时间分别为(5.12±1.02)d、(5.66±1.74)d、(5.49±1.21)d、(11.48±2.19)d,较对照组的短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平分别为(53.39±4.63)pg/mL、(51.42±3.23)pg/mL、(37.43±4.24)mg/mL,较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈环形电切术联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶能够加快CIN患者的症状缓解,缩短治疗时间,降低炎性因子水平,作用明显。

Objective To explore the effect of circular electroresection of cervix combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods A total of 160 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia treated in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 80 patients in each group(n=80).The control group was treated with circular cervicectomy,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel.The clinical efficacy,rehabilitation effect,the level of inflammatory factors and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The time of lumbosacral pain,excessive secretion,disappearance of bloody leucorrhea and hospital stay in the observation group were(5.12±1.02)d,(5.66±1.74)d,(5.49±1.21)d and(11.48±2.19)d,respectively,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the observation group were(53.39±4.63)pg/mL,(51.42±3.23)pg/mL and(37.43±4.24)mg/mL,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical circular electroresection combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel can accelerate the relief of symptoms,shorten the treatment time and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
