摘要
目的探讨腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术与腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效。方法选择2019年9月至2020年12月东莞市清溪医院收治的腹股沟疝患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组行腹股沟疝无张力疝修补术,观察组行腹腔镜疝气修补术。比较两组围术期指标、炎症指标及并发症。结果观察组手术时间(138.52±29.75)min,长于对照组的(94.37±18.64)min,下床活动时间(20.94±3.27)h、住院时间(4.76±0.86)d,短于对照组的(26.35±3.96)h、(6.83±1.12)d,出血量(16.74±4.96)mL,低于对照组的(35.21±7.49)mL,并发症发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(30.00%),两组术后炎症因子均升高,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹膜外腹腔镜疝气修补术治疗腹股沟疝效果更好,利于减轻手术创伤及术后炎症反应,缩短术后恢复时间,降低并发症,患者预后更好。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of extraperitoneal laparoscopic herniorrhaphy and tension-free inguinal herniorrhaphy in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods 60 patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from September 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group.Tension-free herniorrhaphy was performed in the control group and laparoscopic herniorrhaphy was performed in the observation group.The perioperative indexes,inflammatory indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of observation group was(138.52±29.75)min,longer than that of control group(94.37±18.64)min,out of bed activity time(20.94±3.27)h,hospital stay time(4.76±0.86)d,shorter than that of control group(26.35±3.96)h,(6.83±1.12)d.The blood loss(16.74±4.96)mL was lower than that of the control group(35.21±7.49)mL,and the complication rate(6.67%)was lower than that of the control group(30.00%).Postoperative inflammatory factors were increased in both groups,but the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extraperitoneal laparoscopic herniorrhaphy is more effective in the treatment of inguinal hernia,which is helpful to reduce surgical trauma and postoperative inflammatory reaction,shorten postoperative recovery time,reduce complications,and have a better prognosis.
