经皮椎间孔镜联合复元活血汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation by Percutaneous Foramen Mirror Combined with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction

目的经皮椎间孔镜联合复元活血汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症(lubar intervertebral disc protrusion,LIDP)的临床观察。方法研究自医院抽取100例入院治疗LDH患者,时间为2020年6月至2021年6月,其中实施经皮椎间孔镜为对照组,在此基础上实施复元活血汤治疗为观察组,评估两组患者疗效、术前术后ODI指数及VAS评分、生活质量评分并对比。结果干预前两组患者躯体疼痛、生命活力等评分、中医证候积分,ODI、VAS评分相比差异小(P>0.05);干预后观察组躯体疼痛、生命活力等评分均高于对照组,观察组患者中医证候积分比对照组低,与对照组相比,ODI、VAS评分偏低,疗效偏高(P<0.05)。结论对LDH患者使用经皮椎间孔镜联合复元活血汤治疗能够改善疗效,优化术前术后的各项评分,增加患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical observation of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)by percutaneous foramen and Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction.Methods One hundred patients were selected from the hospital for LDH treatment,the time period was from June 2020 to June 2021.The percutaneous foramen were used as the control group.On this basis,Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction was used as the observation group,and the curative effect,ODI index,VAS score,quality of life score were evaluated and compared.Results Before the intervention,the differences in the scores of body pain,vitality,etc.,TCM syndrome scores,ODI and VAS scores of the two groups of patients were small(P>0.05).The scores of physical pain and life activity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the ODI and VAS scores were lower and the curative effect was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of LDH patients with percutaneous foramen and Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction can improve the curative effect,optimize the scores before and after operation,and increase the quality of life of patients.
