角膜塑形镜对屈光不正近视发展控制的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析针对屈光不正近视发展采用角膜塑形镜进行控制的效果。方法纳入共计100例屈光不正近视的患者进行实验调查,所有患者纳入时间自2020年1月至2020年12月,根据所有患者在近视纠正处理措施上的差异进行组别划分,两组患者组别划分:对照组、观察组,各纳入50例患者进行分析,对照组患者采用框架眼镜进行近视纠正,观察组患者通过联合角膜塑形镜进行近视纠正,所有患者的效果差异以患者进行近视纠正前后的裸眼视力、屈光度、眼轴长度、中央厚度以及患者在接受纠正后的不良反应和并发症作为效果区分标准。结果观察组治疗后的裸眼视力、屈光度高于对照组,眼轴长度低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的不良反应和并发症对比:两组患者的不良反应和并发症计数均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论在对屈光不正近视患者进行近视纠正中,通过运用角膜塑形镜对患者进行视觉改善,对患者的裸眼视力、屈光度改善效果更高,可降低患者的眼轴长度,同时不会对患者产生明显的不良反应或并发症,使用安全性较高,值得广泛推广。 Objective To analyze the effect of using orthokeratology to control the development of refractive errors and myopia.Methods A total of 100 patients with refractive error and myopia were included for experimental investigation.All patients were included from January 2020 to December 2020.The patients were divided into groups based on the differences in corrective measures for myopia.Group division:control group and observation group,each included 50 patients for analysis,the control group used frame glasses for myopia correction,the observation group was combined with orthokeratology for myopia correction,the difference in the effect of all patients was based on the patients for myopia.The uncorrected vision before and after correction,diopter,axial length,central thickness,and the patient’s adverse reactions and complications after correction were used as the criteria for distinguishing effects.Results The uncorrected vision and refractive power of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the axial length of the eyes was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of adverse reactions and complications between the two groups of patients after treatment:There was no significant difference in the number of adverse reactions and complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the correction of myopia in patients with refractive errors and myopia,the use of orthokeratology to improve the patient’s vision can improve the patient’s naked vision and refractive power.It can reduce the length of the patient’s eye axis without causing damage.Patients have obvious adverse reactions or complications,and the safety of use is high,and it is worthy of widespread promotion.
