双侧足三里穴位注射新斯的明治疗椎管内麻醉混合痔术后尿潴留疗效观察

Clinical Observation of the Injection of Neostigmine by Bilateral Zusanli Acupoint Injection for the Treatment of Postoperative Urinary Retention after Spinal Canal Anesthesia Combined with Mixed Hemorrhoids Surgery

目的观察对比双侧足三里甲硫酸新斯的明穴位注射与肌注治疗混合痔术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法收集河源市人民医院肛肠科2019年7月1日至2020年11月31日收治的62例住院尿潴留患者,按照随机对照原则,将患者分为穴位注射组及肌肉注射组,每组各31例;分别观察及记录两组患者有效率、60min内排尽尿液的时间、第一次排尿到排尽尿液时间、是否出现不良反应。结果经治疗后,穴位注射组在有效率、60min内排尽尿液的时间、第一次排尿到排尽尿液时间均优于肌肉注射组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在不良反应发生率方面,两组患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论相较于肌肉注射甲硫酸新斯的明治疗椎管内麻醉混合痔术后尿潴留,双侧足三里穴位注射甲硫酸新斯的明具有较高的应用价值,且安全性高,值得采纳、推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of bilateral injection neostigmine mesylate in Zusanli(acupuncture point)and injection neostigmine mesylate in muscle on postoperative urinary retention of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods 62 patients with urinary retention in Anorectal Department of Heyuan People’s Hospital from July 1,2019 to November 31,2020 were collected.According to the principle of randomized control,the patients were divided into acupoint injection group and intramuscular injection group,31 cases in each group.The effective rate of two groups,the time of exhaust urine in 60 minutes,the time of first voiding to the time of exhaust urine and whether there were adverse reactions were observed and recorded.Results After treatment,the effective rate,the time of urination within 60 minutes and the time of first voiding to the time of exhaust urine in the acupoint injection group were better than those of the intramuscular injection group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The injection of neostigmine mesylate by bilateral Zusanli acupoint injection during the treatment of postoperative urinary retention after spinal canal anesthesia combined with mixed hemorrhoids surgery has high application value and high safety,and is worthy of adoption and promotion.
