新型冠状病毒肺炎康复期患者的CT表现分析

Analysis of CT Manifestations of New Coronavirus Pneumonia Patients in the Rehabilitation Period

目的分析探讨在GE64排128层CT中新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)康复期患者肺部病变表现。方法选取我院收治的120名COVID-19康复期患者,14d内对患者分别进行GE64排128层CT检查,记录CT图像的结果,将轻症及普症患者分为对照组,重症及危重症患者分为观察组,比较其康复期与初期的CT图像。结果①对比分析两组患者实验室检查结果:所有COVID-19康复期患者核酸检测结果为阴性。观察组中性粒细胞5例降低、22例正常、8例升高,C反应蛋白28例正常、7例升高;对照组中性粒细胞11例降低、45例正常、29例升高,C反应蛋白4例降低、58例正常、23例升高。观察组的实验室指标与对照组相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);②对比分析两组患者的影像学结果:观察组患者肺部有3例正常、26例磨玻璃影、6例遗留纤维条索影;对照组患者70例正常、15例肺纹理增强,无肺间质性改变伴索条影。观察组的影像学结果与对照组有明显不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论COVID-19康复期患者肺部CT呈现不同影像改变,尤其在重症及危重症患者诊断优势更明显。

Objective To novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)patients with lung disease in GE64128 row CT.Methods One hundred and twenty convalescent patients with COVID-19 in our hospital were selected.Within 14 days,the patients were examined with GE64 row 128 slice CT,and the results of CT images were recorded.The mild and common patients were divided into the control group,and the severe and critical patients were divided into the observation group.The CT images of convalescent period and initial period were compared.Results①Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with laboratory examination results:All the convalescent patients with covid-19 nucleic acid test results were negative.In the observation group,neutrophils were decreased in 5 cases,normal in 22 cases,elevated in 8 cases,and C-reactive protein was normal in 28 cases,elevated in 7 cases.In the control group,neutrophils were decreased in 11 cases,normal in 45 cases,elevated in 29 cases,and C-reactive protein was decreased in 4 cases,normal in 58 cases,elevated in 23 cases.The laboratory indexes of the observation group were similar to those of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);②The imaging results of the two groups were compared and analyzed:In the observation group,there were 3 cases of normal lung,26 cases of ground glass shadow,and 6 cases of residual fiber stripe shadow;in the control group,there were 70 cases of normal lung,15 cases of lung texture enhancement,and no lung interstitial changes with cord shadow.The imaging results of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CT images of convalescent patients with COVID-19 showed different changes,especially in severe and critical patients.
