社区老年糖尿病患者疾病认知的相关探讨

Study on the Relationship between Disease Cognition,Disease Experience and Self-management of Elderly Diabetic Patients in Community Based on Disease Interpretation Model

21世纪是人口老龄化的时代,以糖尿病为首的诸多老年慢性疾病逐渐高发。老年糖尿病患者除了具有躯体障碍以外,在疾病认知、患病经验与自我管理具有诸多特点。而本文从疾病解释模式入手,探讨糖尿病患者的常识模式和自我管理的诸多规律,总结提炼,为后世研究提供一定借鉴意义。

The 21st century is an era of aging population,and many chronic diseases of the elderly,led by diabetes,are increasing.In addition to physical disorders,elderly patients with diabetes have many characteristics in disease cognition,disease experience and self-management.This paper starts with the disease interpretation model,discusses the common sense model and many rules of self-management of diabetic patients,summarizes and refines,and provides some reference for future research.
