醒脑静注射液对急性脑出血患者的临床疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Xingnaojing Injection in Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的研究急性脑出血采用醒脑静注射液的有效性与安全性。方法将2020年2月至2021年2月院内诊治急性脑出血患者50例作为此次调查分析对象,依据临床提供治疗方案的不同将患者划分成两组,其中25例实行常规治疗者为对照组,25例常规治疗加醒脑静注射液者为观察组。结果两组经治疗炎症指标水平有一定降低,治疗后进行比较,观察组各项指标水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组经治疗NIHSS评分有一定减少,GCS评分有一定增加,治疗后比较观察组的NIHSS评分更低、GCS评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑出血问题严重,在常规控制血压,维持水电解质平衡、降颅压、保障呼吸道畅通,防治各种并发症等治疗基础上,提供醒脑静注射液可兼顾疏通脑血管与保护脑神经等作用,在改善症状、促进缺损问题恢复等方面作用显著。

Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of Xingnaojing Injection for acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods From February 2020 to February 2021,50 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were diagnosed and treated in the hospital as the investigation and analysis objects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the different clinical treatment plans.Among them,25 patients who received conventional treatment were the control group.Twenty-five cases of routine treatment plus Xingnaojing Injection were the observation group.Results The two groups had a certain reduction in inflammation index levels after treatment.After treatment,the observation group had lower levels of various indexes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups decreased to a certain extent,and the GCS score increased to a certain extent.After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower and the GCS score was higher.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acute cerebral hemorrhage is a serious problem.On the basis of routine treatments such as balancing electrolytes,lowering intracranial pressure,removing hematomas,and ensuring unblocked respiratory tract,providing Xingnaojing Injection can both clear the cerebrovascular and protect the cranial nerves,and improve symptoms.It plays a significant role in promoting the recovery of defects.
