临床药师提高高血压患者用药依从性的药学服务措施

Pharmaceutical Services Offered by Clinical Pharmacists on the Improvements of Hypertension Patient’s Medication Compliance

目的研究临床药师参与的药学服务对高血压患者用药依从性的影响。方法选择广东省中山市板芙医院2019年6月至2020年9月纳入的高血压患者110例,按随机数字表法划分成两组各55例,研究组接受临床药师参与的药学服务,对照组接受常规药学服务,分别测定两组干预前、干预后1个月的收缩压与舒张压水平,同时统计两组不良反应(过敏、头晕头痛、恶心、便秘/腹泻等)发生率,最后在干预后1个月评价两组用药依从性,比较两组干预结果。结果干预前两组的血压相比无差异(P>0.05),干预后研究组收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率9.09%低于对照组23.64%(P<0.05)。研究组用药依从率92.73%高于对照组78.18%(P<0.05)。结论临床药师参与的药学服务在高血压患者中效果突出,可快速稳定血压水平,并减少并发症产生,提升患者用药依从性,值得推广。

Objective To study the pharmaceutical services offered by clinical pharmacists on the improvements of hypertension patient’s medication compliance.Methods 110 hypertension patients treated from June 2019 to September 2020 in Zhongshan Banfu Town Hospital were selected.According to random number table,patients were divided into two groups,55 cases in each group.The research group took the pharmaceutical services offered by clinical pharmacists;the control group took the conventional pharmaceutical services.Before intervention and after one month of intervention,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,incidences of adverse drug reactions like allergy,dizziness,headache,nausea,constipation/diarrhea,medication compliance were compared.Results Before intervention,blood pressure levels between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after intervention,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the research group were lower than control group(P<0.05);the adverse event rate in the research group(9.09%)was lower than that in the control group(23.64%)(P<0.05);the medication compliance in the research group(92.73%)was higher than that in the control group(78.18%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The pharmaceutical services offered by clinical pharmacists can stabilize the hypertension patient’s blood pressure,reduce the treatment complications and increase the medication compliance.It is worthy of promotion.
