复方血栓通胶囊联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗视网膜病变的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule Combined with Pancreatic Kininogenase Enteric-coated Tablets in the Treatment of Retinopathy

目的分析复方血栓通胶囊联合胰激肽原酶肠溶片治疗视网膜病变的临床效果。方法选取吉林省榆树爱尔眼科医院2020年2月至2021年2月收治并确诊的非增殖期视网膜病变患者80例作为此次调查研究样本,随机分为对照组和实验组两组,每组各40例。对照组患者采取胰激肽原酶肠溶片作为治疗手段,实验组在对照组患者治疗基础之上采取复方血栓通胶囊进行治疗,对两组患者治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗前,实验组和对照组患者的红细胞聚集指数、血细胞比容及全血高切黏度指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,和对照组相比,实验组患者红细胞聚集指数、血细胞比容及全血高切黏度改善情况均明显较优,组间数据对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组临床治疗有效率为90.00%(36/40),对照组治疗有效率为62.50%(25/40);实验组治疗有效率较高(P<0.05),两组数据对比,差异有统计学意义。结论复方血栓通胶囊、胰激肽原酶肠溶片联合使用,在治疗视网膜病变中效果比较显著,可明显改善血流动力学指标,具备推广和使用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablet in the treatment of retinopathy.Methods A total of 80 patients with non-proliferative retinopathy admitted to Jilin Yushu Aier Eye Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 40 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablet,the experimental group was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in RBC aggregation index,Hematocrit and whole blood high shear viscosity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups,the improvement of Erythrocyte aggregation index,Hematocrit and whole blood high shear viscosity in experimental group was better than that in control group(P<0.05)The effective rate was 90.00%(36/40)in the experimental group and 62.50%(25/40)in the control group,and the effective rate was higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with pancreatic kininogenase enteric-coated tablet is effective in the treatment of retinopathy and can obviously improve the index of Hemodynamics.
