2型糖尿病高危人群和前期患者生活干预持久性影响因素研究

Study on the Factors Influencing the Persistence of Life Intervention in High-risk Group and Early-stage Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探索糖尿病前期生活干预持久性的影响因素。方法2019年6月至2020年6月,随机抽样选取378名泸州市、达州市、眉山市、成都市、广元市、长沙市、雅安市,攀枝花市2型糖尿病高危人群和已确诊的糖尿病前期患者,对其进行调查,受试者独立完成答卷。用Excel建立数据库,用SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果多元线性回归进行分析得到:y=6.038-0.088qx-0.796hj-0.178js,根据t检验结果,环境和健身设备有统计学意义,P值分别为0.004和0.076,情绪差异无统计学意义。周围环境和健身设备与持久性都呈负相关。结论周围环境和健身设施是影响糖尿病前期生活干预持久性的危险因素。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of the persistence of life intervention in pre-dibetes.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,378 people with high-risk of type 2 diabetes and patients diagnosed with pre-diabetes who were randomly selected from Luzhou City,Dazhou City,Meishan City,Chengdu City,Guangyuan City,Changsha City,Ya’an City,Panzhihua City were interviewed and investigated with relatively independent answers.The database was established by Excel and analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.Results Multiple linear regression analysis showed that y=6.038-0.088qx-0.796hj-0.178js.According to the t test results,only the environment and fitness equipment had statistical significance,P=0.004,0.076,respectively.The surrounding environment and fitness equipment are negatively correlated with persistence.Conclusion The surrounding environment and fitness equipment are the risk factors of life intervention in pre-diabetes.
