呼吸衰竭病症应用无创通气与高流量湿化仪治疗效果的对比分析

摘要 目的比较无创通气与高流量湿化仪治疗呼吸衰竭病症的应用效果。方法选择罗定市人民医院收治的40例呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为无创通气组22例和高流量湿化组18例,分别接受BIPAP模式无创通气和高流量湿化吸氧治疗,比较两组呼吸频率(RR)、心率(HR)、血气指标和痰液粘稠度。结果治疗后高流量湿化组RR、HR均比无创通气组更低(P<0.05);两组治疗后的RR、HR都比同组治疗前低(P<0.05)。PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)比较,两组治疗后均比同组治疗前高(P<0.05);但两组间治疗前或后相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。痰液粘稠度评分比较,治疗后高流量湿化组低于无创通气组(P<0.05)。结论高流量湿化仪治疗呼吸衰竭病症有利于改善呼吸、心率和降低痰液粘稠度,患者易于接受。 Objective To compare the application effects of non-invasive ventilation and high-flow humidifier in the treatment of respiratory failure.Methods 40 patients with respiratory failure admitted to Luoding People’s Hospital were randomly divided into noninvasive ventilation group with 22 cases and high flow humidification group with 18 cases.They received BIPAP mode noninvasive ventilation and high flow humidification oxygen therapy respectively,to compare the respiratory frequency(RR),heart rate(HR),blood gas indicators and sputum viscosity of the two groups.Results After treatment,the RR and HR of the high-flow humidification group were lower than those of the non-invasive ventilation group(P<0.05);the RR and HR of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment(P<0.05).Comparing PaO_(2)and SaO_(2),both groups after treatment were higher than before treatment in the same group(P<0.05);but there was no difference between the two groups before or after treatment(P>0.05).zCompared with the sputum viscosity score,the high-flow humidification group was lower than the non-invasive ventilation group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of respiratory failure with high-flow humidifier is helpful to improve breathing,heart rate and reduce sputum viscosity,which is easy for patients to accept.
