新冠肺炎(Coronavirus Disease 2019,COVID-19)是由严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)引起的一种以肺部为主要表现的疾病。SARS-CoV-2迅速传播到世界各地,确诊病例和感染相关死亡人数每天都在增加。本综述对SARS-CoV-2进行了概述,并总结了COVID-19的临床特征、其他系统的临床表现、各国遏制病毒的政策以及与疾病有关的社会心理问题,以期为新形势下我国疫情防控策略的规划和调整提供借鉴。

Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is a disease mainly manifested in the lungs caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2.It first appeared in Wuhan,Hubei Province,China in December 2019.Since then,the virus has spread rapidly to many countries,and the number of confirmed cases and infection-related deaths has increased every day.This review provides an overview of SARS-CoV-2,and summarizes the clinical features of COVID-19,the clinical manifestations of other systems,the policies of various countries to contain the virus,and the socio-psychological issues related to the disease,with a view to providing a response to the epidemic prevention in my country under the new situation,in order to provide reference for the planning and adjustment of control strategies.
