The Establishment and Application of ISO15189 Quality Document Management System and Employee Training Examination Module

目的该文旨在实现实验室质量体系文件信息化、操作记录无纸化和临床检验专业培训、考核多样化。方法利用IntelliJ IDEA 2016开发环境,调用JDK1.8工具包和MySQL数据库,采用B/S结构,搭建Web平台。结果该系统实现文件在线阅读、下载、在线编辑等功能;应用电子表单,实现记录表格的在线填写、保存和存档;系统实现在线培训考核功能,实时分析员工培训考核情况。结论该系统的应用,减少工作量,降低成本,提升工作效率。

Objective The purpose is the informatization of laboratory quality system documents,paperless operation records and diversified training and assessment.Methods We use IntelliJ IDEA 2016 development environment,transfer JDK1.8 toolkit and MySQL database,to build a Web platform,and then develop a system based on the platform,by B/S architecture.Results The system realizes the functions of online reading,downloading and editing of documents;the application of electronic forms to realize the online filling,saving and archiving of record forms;the system realizes the function of online training and assessment,and analyzes the training and assessment of employees in real time.Conclusion The application of this system reduces workload and costs,and improves work efficiency.
